Looking back

Before I ramble on about nonsensical things as always, my friend Wendy, of Kisatrtle’s Kreative Korner, named Ferris and Simone as a blog to read. I was very flattered! She seems to visit a lot of blogs, and I thought it was nice she pointed out mine. Anyway, I do want to return the favor, as her blog is very funny, plus she’s incredibly crafty. She just made me some Christmas coasters made out of tile! Oh, and her new dog just peed in her scrapbook bag, so let’s get her page views up to make her feel better. :) Anyway, thanks for the shout-out, Wendy!

OK, so neither of the cats felt like posing today, so I thought I’d take a step down memory lane and post some pictures of them as kittens. They were the cutest kittens ever. Plus, I haven’t had a decent cat post in a while.

Simone loves cereal. I’m not sure if it’s the milk, the carbs, whatever. I often have a bowl of cereal at night before I go to bed (I used to when I was younger, and it still helps me sleep. Old habits die hard). And Simone knows the sounds of cereal hitting the bowl and my spoon taking a scoop in the bowl. She comes running.

This was a photo shoot I had with Ferris when he was a kitten. He still does this when you stick a camera in his face. He rolls around, reaches out for the lens. He’s such a ham.

And two of my favorite shots because they are the epitome of inquisitive kittens:

LOL. I love my cats.

Ferris was NOT in the mood to have his picture taken tonight. He just kept crying and squirming around. So sorry, no pictures. I’ll try to get some later this week.
