Kitty break

Ferris is trotting around the house right now. Meowing. Loudly. For no reason. I asked him what he wanted and he just stared at me and then licked his hind leg.

I’ll give you a break from kitty pictures today and post some pictures Neal has taken recently.

A couple of weeks ago, before the snow fell, he also took some shots of my outdoor plants. Yes, they are dead. Yes, they are still in their pots. I told you before I had a black thumb.

This is mainly just us playing around with the camera, getting used to it. The cats were tired of being our guinea pigs. Dead plants can’t complain. And we have plenty of those at our house.

It looks like your first dead plant my be mums. If so, you can replant them in the ground in a garden or something and they will come back up in the fall. I’m not sure if it’s too late for this, so you might have to wait until spring to replant them. And if it’s not mums…well then, disregard this! haha

Those pictures are really cool. I’m jealous of your camera. Maybe once you figure out all of the gizmos and such you could take family pictures for me?? We haven’t had one taken since my now five year old son was six months old. I’d pay you for your time and digital expertise.
